Photography, Videography, and Audio Recordings

Photography, videography, and/or audio recordings may take place at any ICF Sacramento event, whether in person or virtual, for promotional and archival purposes. Your likeness or image, captured by photo or video, or your voice captured by recording, may be used by ICF Sacramento for promotional and archival purposes in print, video, and/or online, or in any other format, without notice to you. 

By attending any ICF Sacramento event, you understand and agree that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during the event for documentation, promotional, or marketing purposes. By participating, you grant ICF Sacramento permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in any media format, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, printed materials, and other promotional materials, without compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, you understand it is your responsibility to alert event coordinators upon arrival and make reasonable efforts to avoid cameras during the event.
