Core Competency Teleclass – August 23, 2018

POWERFUL QUESTIONING

In our upcoming 6th ICF Core Competency Teleclass Series, we will tackle the art of Powerful Questioning.  Asking Powerful Questions can evoke clarity, introspection and enhanced creativity.  It aids in communicating effectively with your client, and can reveal the information needed to provide the maximum benefit to the coaching relationship and to the client.

Together we will unpack what it means to engage in Powerful Questioning with our clients; how to ask clear, direct questions that lead to new insight and move the client forward.

Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of communicating effectively with clients while keeping your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Working on building a new coaching practice, or maybe just building up an ongoing practice - Easy, Peasy - Right?

Do you find yourself wondering "what it’s going to take"?  Or perhaps you’ve figured it out.  Either way, join us for our next Lunch & Learn Session where we will share conversation, ideas and thoughts around this topic.

This is an informal lunch get-together, where coaches of all kind can come together, and with a focus on coaching, discuss their challenges, exchange ideas, explore solutions, share experiences, insights, and wisdom.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Are you planning to become ICF credentialed?  Be aware that last year, the ICF Global Board of Directors agreed upon several changes to ICF Credentialing and Accreditation policies. On July 31, several changes to ICF Credentialing policies went into effect. Learn more about these changes here.

ICF has recently updated its credential application process to comply with new European regulations for data security and privacy. ICF now requires applicants to complete an attestation of their coaching experience hours by answering a series of questions within the credential application and providing the applicant’s signature, verifying accuracy. This replaces the submission of a coaching log and is intended to help protect the privacy of coaching clients. To view the updated requirements, click here: https://coachfederation.org/experience-requirements.
