The eighth ICF Core Competency - Creating Awareness - aids in facilitating learning and results through the practice of integrating and accurately evaluating multiple sources of information, and in making interpretations that help the client gain awareness and thereby achieve agreed upon results.

Together we will unpack what it means to engage in Creating Awareness with our clients; going beyond the immediate goal and engaging in exploration for discover, perspective, learning and growth with the client.

Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of facilitating learning and growth with clients and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Come prepared to ask questions, share your experience and explore the nuances of Creating Awareness.

This session will be facilitated by Dawn Karner, PCC. Dawn is a professional of learning and development, and a certified coach and consultant with 25+ years of experience in management and human resources. Dawn is the Principle of Quantum Innovation, a coaching, consulting and training organization dedicated to the personal and professional development of people.

Dawn is a Certified Professional of Learning and Performance (CPLP) by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Master Certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) by 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. Dawn is also a Board Certified Coach by the Center for Credentialing and Education.
