Progress
The 11th ICF Core Competency  - Managing Progress and Accountability - is the practice of holding attention on what is important for the client, and to leave responsibility with the client to take action. Do you ever find yourself doing work for your clients? Join us to learn how you can empower your clients to achieve their goals.

Together we will unpack what it means to engage in Managing Progress and Accountability with our clients; how to stay focused on what is important for the client and holding them accountable without blame or shame.

Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of Facilitating Learning and Results with clients and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Come prepared to ask questions, share your experience and explore the nuances of Managing Progress & Accountability.

This session will be facilitated by Diane Garga, ACC. Diane's educational background includes a Master's degree in Counseling, A Doctorate in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication both from Ohio University, and additional professional training in Co-Active Coaching through the acclaimed Coaches Training Institute.
