Below are the expectations that guide participant conduct and commitment within the peer coaching programs:
Completion:
Commit to completing the program within the specified timeframe. Participants work directly with co-participants to reschedule when conflicts arise.
Timely Communication:
Respond promptly to communications from co-participants to keep things moving toward timely completion.
Active Engagement:
Be prepared for each coaching session, bring relevant issues or topics for discussion, and actively engage in the coaching process.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared during coaching sessions. Treat all members with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
Adherence to Ethical Guidelines:
Follow all ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Constructive Feedback:
Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback based on observations. Feedback should be specific, actionable, and supportive, aimed at helping your co-participant improve their coaching skills.
Technology Use:
Have access to, and are familiar with, the necessary technology to participate effectively in online sessions, including reliable internet access and video conferencing tools.
