But transformative coaching happens when we learn to coach beyond what feels familiar.

Join featured speaker Keisa Capers, PCC, for an engaging BEACON conversation that explores how expanding your coaching range, not simply adding more techniques, can improve your coaching outcomes.

Through stories from decades of cross-cultural leadership, global coaching, and leadership formation, Keisa will explore four practical lenses that help coaches notice what often goes unseen: what’s being said, what context may be missing, what identity is present, and what patterns may be at work.

Keisa Capers, PCC is a leadership coach, consultant, and cross-cultural leadership practitioner with more than 25 years of experience developing leaders and more than 4,500 hours of coaching experience across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

She is the founder of Deep Roots LLC, a coaching and consulting practice focused on leadership, identity, culture, mental fitness, and sustainable performance. She is also the co-founder of Capture the Nations, a nonprofit organization focused on cross-cultural leadership, discipleship, and transformational experiences across cultures.

Keisa has coached and developed leaders across Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and the United States. Her work explores how culture, identity, context, and internal patterns influence the way people lead, communicate, make decisions, and navigate change.

As the creator of the Integrated Authority framework, Keisa helps leaders expand their influence without sacrificing their health, identity, or values. She also works with coaches who want to expand their capacity to coach effectively across cultures, identities, and lived experiences.

Keisa is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mental Fitness Coach, Gallup Strengths Certified, and certified in cross-cultural leadership.
