We're excited to present a growth opportunity designed to deepen your coaching skills and help you build your capacity and mastery as a coach: The Coach Super-Vision Mastermind.
Unlike mentor coaching, Coaching Supervision is not about telling you how to do things. It is a collaborative learning practice to build your capacity and mastery as a coach. We'll explore your coach cases to find out what may be getting in the way of being fully present and in complete service to your clients.
Key Benefits:
Safe Space for Reflection: Engage in a supportive environment encouraging deep insights and learning.
Increased Self-Awareness: Identify personal biases and beliefs, enhancing your coaching integrity and quality.
Insight into Dynamics: Explore ethical concerns between the coach, client, and the systems all are a part of.
Who Should Attend?
Open to all coaches, new and experienced. Through a facilitated process, you will learn how to address challenges in your coaching by developing a reflective practice.
Examples of coaching case themes explored in a coaching super-vision session: Power dynamics, imposter syndrome, boundary issues, session exhaustion, boredom, bias, judgment, triggers, ethical concerns, commitments, and contracting to name a few.
If you have a client or situation you are struggling with, this is a supportive and nurturing place to safely and confidentially explore new perspectives and create a clear path forward in your coaching.
